About Envision Coaching

Envision coaching was set up in 2004 by Naomi Glover, a qualified coach, trainer and accredited NLP Practitioner.  She has eight years experience in the corporate market, and ten years interest and research in Personal and Professional Development.

Past roles have included: Learning & Development Manager; Project Consultant; Project Manager and Business Analyst.  She also worked with a helpline organisation to select, train and support new volunteers.

Naomi now works as a freelance trainer and pragmatic coach using NLP techniques where appropriate. She is a member of the Association for Coaching, and works on the Scottish Development Team to promote excellence and ethics in coaching. She is also an accredited member of the Society for NLP and on the Management Committee of ABEL, a project based in East Lothian which provides confidence, communication and self-esteem coaching to children and young adults.

The strength of Envision is in our expertise and enthusiasm. We always aim to provide exceptional service to our clients and partners. We also work in association with other qualified and experienced coaches where appropriate. This ensures that we can provide all the expertise required by individuals , and for small, medium and large scale organisations.
