The CIPD Training & Development Survey 2004 survey of 900 companies found that coaching is increasingly widespread in UK Organisations. Of the respondents:
•79% reported they are using coaching in their organisation
•67% said the coaching had met its objectives
•99% said coaching had delivered tangible benefits both to individuals and organisations
•92% said coaching can have a positive impact on the bottom line
